Holiday Hairstyle

Holiday Hairstyle

Christmas is here, and with that comes the preparations! We have the parties, we run from here to there, and the family is all together. And one of the things that I love the most is for my girls to look beautiful, including their hair. We can’t forget the hair products, bows, and tiaras.

I want to share with you guys some hairstyles and suggestions for the holidays. First and foremost, you will need good hair products for your child’s hair. I used the JOHNSON’S Shiny & Soft Conditioning Spray and the JOHNSON’S Curl Defining Leave-In Conditioner, this makes it easier for the hair to be smooth, silky, and overall with a super healthy glow. It’s incredible because Luna did not cry at all when I was brushing her hair, and this was because there were no knots and her hair was super soft.

The first hairstyle

The first hairstyle I did was a classic bun with a little tiara (Luna loves tiaras! You guys already know, she’s a princess til the end)!

For this one I used the JOHNSON’S Shiny & Soft Conditioning Spray on the front and back of the hair. You’ll need to pull the hair up and twist it, tie it with some pins, and lastly put the tiara. I find this hairstyle super cute and the girls look very formal and elegant with their dresses. It’s perfect for New Year’s.

The second hairstyle

The second hairstyle that I wanted to show you was the “Fishtail Braid”. Luna absolutely loves this hairstyle and so does mommy. First, bring the hair up to the top of the head like a ponytail, tie it, and then start to make the braid. For this hairstyle I used the JOHNSON’S Curl Defining Leave-In Conditioner. I really love it because it makes the hair super manageable so that there is no hair pulling nor tears during the process. Aside from that, it smells delicious. This hairstyle looks beautiful for Christmas Eve with a beautiful dress.

The third hairstyle

The third hairstyle I did were “the cute buns”, at least that’s how I call them. I make two buns on the top of the head near the parting of the hair and leave the back half of the hair down. I put a bow on each bun, and if you can, make them both the same color; it’s much better this way because it will look elegant and uniform. I blow-dried the other half of the hair and used a bit of the flat iron too so that the hair can be completely straight; this can also be done with curly hair too. You can always make adjustments according to your little girl’s hair type. With this one I used the Conditioning Spray and the Leave-In Conditioner from JOHNSON’S, and the result was hair that was super shiny and soft. This hairstyle is very fun, and the girls love it. This was my husband’s personal favorite.

I hope that these ideas will help you and serve as an inspiration. Leaving you all with a big hug and have a wonderful holiday.
